Message	of your car with those mods, especially with the gutted cats in there. Your bottom end probably suffers a little, but the high RPM power is probably significantly raised. PUT IT ON A DYNO with a wideband! Then you find out if your car is making the power it is supposed to be AND you'll know if it is really running as rich as you say (I think your uncle, or whoever is telling you its running rich, doesn't know what they are talking about)...
